MY APPROACH

Good & adequate nutrition is a piece of the puzzle (and so happens to be the biggest piece I focus on) but there are many other puzzle pieces that influence the nutrition aspect i.e. emotional, physical, mental, relational, & environmental parts that differ in each individual human. Without consideration or focus on all parts, sustainable consistent nutrition habits leading you to a healthy weight are likely to fall short. 

So how do we get there?

We explore options. We get down to the nitty gritty & find what matters to you. We take our time. We start small. We do what you’re on board with & ready for. We do consistency. We do compassion & understanding. We focus on the accomplishments and celebrate them, big or small. We find what works for you.

What WE DON’T DO? Unmanageable or what you’re not ready for. We don’t do “failures”, only feedback.

Everyone has their own reasons when it comes to making nutritional lifestyle changes. Some do it so they can feel confident in their skin, gain more daily energy, wear the clothes they don’t feel comfortable in now, to feel happier and relieved. Some do it so they can set healthy examples for their children, to be around longer for their family, to lower their risk of disease, to lose the feeling of insecurity, self-doubt, hesitancy.

As your coach, I am here to support you. To explore ideas, to give insight and knowledge, to be an ear to listen, to bring out your confidence and abilities, to be an accountability partner, to move you closer to where you want to be with your goals.

Our sessions will be

    Our initial session will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs & wants. Each following session, we continue to explore the next strides specifically for you.

  • at your pace

    As your coach, I meet you where you are at in your current nutrition & daily lifestyle. Together, move forward at your pace & comfortability.

  • Purposeful

    Every time we meet, each move we make will be intentional & calculated to move you toward your goals. I’ll work with you on what you’re ready, willing, and able to do consistently—one small step at a time.
