  • (11) 30-45 minute weekly Zoom call check-in sessions

  • A custom tailored-to-you nutrition game plan i.e. macros or intentional habits/daily actions

  • Unlimited support via email or text

  • Meal planning guidance i.e. recommended grocery lists & recipes

  • Food log and/or movement evaluations & assessments

  • Nutrition education i.e. portions, mindful eating, rest & recovery, emotional eating support, water intake, & so much more

  • (1) 60 minute Initial Evaluation session via Zoom

  • (1) 30 minute check-in session via Zoom to discuss progress, questions, concerns, adjustments moving forward, & celebration of all the big and little victories accomplished!

  • (10) Email check-ins. That consists of food log evaluation, feedback, guidance, & suggestions for moving forward from coach via email

  • A custom tailored-to-you nutrition game plan i.e. macros or intentional habits/daily actions

  • Food and/or movement log assessments

  • Unlimited support via email or text

  • Meal planning guidance i.e. recommended grocery lists & recipes
